NACOGDOCHES, Texas (Nov. 27, 2025) — Authorities in Nacogdoches have booked a local man on multiple felony assault charges following his arrest earlier this month.
Brandon Dwayne Moore, 35, of 2016 Press Road, was taken into custody on November 27 at 6:08 p.m. and remains confined at the county jail. Records show Moore was booked under number 25-2940 as a pretrial felon.
According to the booking summary, Moore faces two serious charges:
- Assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction (Statute 22.01(b)(2)(A), classified as a third-degree felony).
- Aggravated assault against a family or household member with a weapon (Statute 22.02(b)(1), classified as a second-degree felony).
