A Nacogdoches man was arrested late Thursday night on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge, according to jail records.
Clayton Turner Barlow, 29, was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail at 11:21 p.m. on January 2. Police say the offense occurred at 11:35 p.m., when Barlow was taken into custody by the Nacogdoches Police Department on a Class C misdemeanor charge of public intoxication under Texas Penal Code 49.02.
Barlow, who lists an address on Colonial Drive in Nacogdoches, was assigned booking number 26‑0013. He was released the following morning at 8:15 a.m. on January 3.
