NACOGDOCHES, TX — Kimberly Sue Johnson, 49, of Nacogdoches, was booked into the county jail early Monday morning on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.
According to police records, Johnson was arrested by the Nacogdoches Police Department at approximately 12:34 a.m. on November 17, 2025. She was formally booked at 1:59 a.m. under booking number 25-2857 and charged under Texas Penal Code 49.04, a Class B misdemeanor.
Johnson, who resides at 252 Sandy Ridge in Nacogdoches, was released later that morning at 8:48 a.m. Bond details were not immediately available.
