Casey Collins, 42, of Nacogdoches, was booked into custody on October 17, 2025, by the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office.
Collins faces two felony charges: possession of a controlled substance under one gram and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He remains confined with no bond set.
The arrest took place at 3:07 p.m., and Collins is being held pending further legal proceedings.
