NACOGDOCHES, TX — From trivia nights and swing dancing to art exhibits and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, Nacogdoches is buzzing with activity this week. Locals and visitors alike can enjoy a wide variety of events running Wednesday through Sunday, March 11–15, with additional multi-day experiences continuing through the end of the month.

Wednesday kicks off with mid-week refreshments at Fredonia Brewery featuring Smash & Pass Food Truck, followed by live music from Brian Winfield at Maklemore’s Ale House & Bistro.

Thursday’s lineup includes Pemberley’s Afternoon Tea at The Jones House, pizza and wine at Naca Valley Vineyard, and a garden lecture at the Brundrett Conservation Education Building. Evening entertainment ranges from piano performances and trivia to swing dancing lessons and steak night.

Friday brings patio music by Enrique Munguia at The Fredonia Hotel, a cigar social at Nacogdoches Cigar Co., and a pottery-and-sipping session at The MadHatter Distillery. Karaoke and dancing round out the night at LugNutz Bar & Grill and Banita Creek Hall.

Saturday offers a full slate of daytime and evening fun, starting with the Farmers Market and a toy dinosaur art study by Weelynd McMullan. St. Patrick’s-themed events include concerts, parties, and live music at venues like Stone Fort Museum, Fredonia Brewery, and The MadHatter Distillery. Open mic and dancing cap off the night.

Sunday slows things down with brunch at Maklemore’s, a FredTalk lecture at Fredonia Brewery, and an afternoon Art Cafe session.

Ongoing events include the Downtown Sip Around (through March 15), the Upshaws of County Line exhibit at Zion Hill Baptist Church (through March 31), and two art exhibitions at Cole Art Center running through March 29.
