NACOGDOCHES, TX — October 27, 2025
Tyundra Dammon Morris, 37, of 1401 Douglass Road #6, was booked into custody late Monday night following an alleged drug offense.
Morris was arrested by the Nacogdoches Police Department (NPD) at approximately 11:03 p.m. and formally booked under booking number 25-2663.
The charge stems from an alleged possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, a state jail felony under Texas Health and Safety Code Section 481.115(b), referenced by statute 35990014. The offense reportedly occurred earlier that evening at 10:35 p.m.
