A Cushing man was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail on Tuesday afternoon on a series of felony and misdemeanor charges, according to jail records.
Collan Paul Davis, 30, of 226 4th Street in Cushing, was booked at 3:23 p.m. on Feb. 23 and remains confined on a pretrial felony hold.
Records show Davis was charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4–200 grams — a second‑degree felony
- Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transport — a Class A misdemeanor
- Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces — a Class B misdemeanor
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia — a Class C misdemeanor
- Criminal Mischief $100–$750 — a Class B misdemeanor
All offenses were logged at 2:18 p.m. by Constable Precinct 1.
