Good Afternoon,
I wanted to follow up with you about our Coalition meeting we had today. It was a great meeting filled with news and updates on our upcoming events.
For the Mental Health Expo, we have partnered with 21/7 Association, and it will be held in August. The location will hopefully be at the Ballrooms on SFA Campus, Better Together has partnered with us as well. The next planning meeting will be Friday, February 23rd, at 1:30 pm at my office, 1329 N. University Suite A1. It is located directly across the street from Loblolly Properties and next door to Buchanon Wealth Management, just look for my Grey Ford Edge parked in front. I will send an invite shortly for those that would like to attend, as well as the zoom link for the meeting.
The Student PSA’s – Central Heights had the month of February and I have attached their PSA for the radio station, I am excited about this program and look forward to hearing the other schools in Nacogdoches county, city on the radio helping us spread the prevention message! If your organization would like to help us and record a PSA for a certain month, please let me know and I will be happy to send you the information!
We are waiting on the stickers for the vaping kits, and when we are ready, I will send an email for anyone that would like to join us in presenting them to the School Resource officers.
