The Sycamore family is unique, beginning with Grandpa, who one day realized he didn’t want to go work, and therefore, he didn’t, and still doesn’t. When Alice introduces her family to her fiancé and his stolid, conservative family, a whirlwind of hilarious improbabilities ensues. Lamp-Lite Players portraying the two families and others caught up in the absurdity are Melissa DeVine, Cassidy Kelly, Roni Lias, Trae Norman, Cristoban Morones, Adán Morones, Rick Jones, Norm Markworth, Faith Kolosci, Cater Cartwright, Austin Raymond, Riley Nichols, Carrie Butler Swann, Tim Williams, Roz Couch, Dudley May, Todd Phillips, Elaine Lambright, and Bridget & Lucy Jones.
Kevin Helmer and Julie Kilcullen co-direct, assisted by stage manager Lisa Norman. Crew members include Todd Phillips, Gina Jones, Alyssa Faykus, and Brian Oswald.
Tickets still available will be on sale at the Box Office 45 minutes before curtain of each performance. For more information about You Can’t Take It With You, visit our website, lamplitetheatre.com, or email us at lamplitetheatre@gmail.com.
