NACOGDOCHES,TX (March 16, 2023): The victim of Monday night’s fatal auto pedestrian hit and run accident in the 5000 block of South St has been identified as Tyartrick Coutee 45 from Nacogdoches, Texas. Investigators are continuing to investigate this incident and as further information becomes available it will be released.
