The city council meets Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 5:30. The council will thank Steve Bartlett for his many years of service to the city as Director of Public Works.
In addition, the council will receive a preliminary timeline for implementing the general obligation fund projects (see https://nacogdochestx.portal.civicclerk.com/event/340/files/4107) and an additional timeline for much needed water and sewer (utility) projects (https://nacogdochestx.portal.civicclerk.com/event/340/files/4108), along with a financial calendar for the bonds (https://nacogdochestx.portal.civicclerk.com/event/340/files/4109). I am most grateful to Steve Bartlett and City Manager Rick Beverlin for clearly presenting the time frames for implementing the many projects our city needs.
The council will also consider a resolution to establish a Capital Needs Advisory Committee to continue the work of advising related to capital needs (https://nacogdochestx.portal.civicclerk.com/event/340/files/4120). I believe that those who wanted to serve again have remained, with new council members making recommendations.
