A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 5th, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Robert “Bobby” Neal Juarez, 83, of Nacogdoches, officiated by Monsignor Young. Interment will follow at Lazarine Cemetery.

Bobby passed away on Friday, October 2nd, 2026, in Nacogdoches, TX. He was born on January 11, 1943, in Bastrop, Texas to the late Roy and Dorothy (Lopez) Juarez.

Bobby grew up in Bastrop and Nacogdoches and cherished his time on “Muckleroy Hill”. He loved spending time with friends who became family and could often be found on his porch enjoying the scenery and watching wildlife. A gifted gardener, Bobby could grow anything and truly had a green thumb.

His friends and family extend their heartfelt thanks to Angel Care Home Health and the entire third-floor staff of Nacogdoches Medical Center for the kindness and care they showed Bobby. Their support was an immeasurable blessing.

Bobby is survived by his sisters, Barbara Coy and husband, Paul and Deborah King and husband, Jimmy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Dorothy (Lopez) Juarez.

Serving as pallbearers will be Buddy Ontiveros, Jory Muckleroy, Charlie Muckleroy, A.W. Wright, Canon Gehrmann, and Randy Rodrigues.
