The Nacogdoches Arts Collaborative is gonna party like it’s 1924! Don’t miss our fabulous fundraiser Arts Ball: Speakeasy, coming on Saturday October 12 7-10 PM at the Mill Room behind Banita Creek Hall in historic Nacogdoches. We’re raising money to support local arts programming and you’re invited to our wingding! It’s gonna be the cat’s pajamas! Featuring a cash bar and hors-d’oeuvres, live jazz, tarot readings, caricatures, raffles of swell prizes, an art auction and more! Dress code? Cocktail attire, of course, or enter our costume contest and come as your favorite ’20s character. Gangsters and molls, moguls and movie stars, flappers and their fellas– they’ll all be there at the Arts Ball: Speakeasy!
Tickets are $40 [$50 at the door] and are on sale online at nacartscollab.com. Tickets will also be on sale at the Farmers Market Fall Fling on Sat October 5 from 9 AM -1 PM, and at the Makers Market at the Fredonia Brewery on Sun October 6 from 11 to 4 PM. You can also enter to WIN a pair of tickets to the Arts Ball: Speakeasy at both of these events! Just look for the friendly faces at the Nacogdoches Arts Collaborative table.
The gallery space in our new location, 320 North Street, is scheduled to open in November with an art show. Until then, you can shop our booths at Blue Eyed Cocos Market downtown. One has vintage items donated to us by local supporters and the other features our t-shirts, DVDs and some fun art. All proceeds support Nacogdoches Arts Collaborative.
