ohn David Mullins passed away March 8, 2023 in Nacogdoches. He was born February 3, 1941 in Lufkin, TX to Luther C. Mullins and Vallie Thompson Mullins. Mr. Mullins is survived by a sister, Debbi Coon of Tyler, TX.
