William Todd Spicer, husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend passed away leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a family and circle of friends.
Todd was born on January 31, 1962, in Rochester, New York, to William Gordon Spicer and Jeanne Suter Spicer.
Todd married Melinda Jane Ramsey in Dallas, Texas on August 27, 1988. Together, they shared a marriage filled with love, adventure, family, friendship and treasured memories. Todd was a devoted husband and father to their son, William Mark Spicer.
Throughout his life, Todd was a landscaper, press operator, landman, RV Salesman and owned Todd’s RV Transport business.
Todd was a Missouri Synod Lutheran and his faith was an important part of his life.
He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed boating, deep sea fishing, camping, golf, travel and music. Deep sea fishing held a special place in his heart and he made a bucket list fishing trip to Costa Rica to celebrate his 50th Birthday. Todd had a deep love for music and enjoyed attending concerts. He had an incredible ability to remember songs and names of musicians. His knowledge and memory for music often amazed those around him and reflected his genuine passion for the music he enjoyed.
Todd had a gift for making memories wherever he went, enjoying time with family and friends and making new friends. He has remained in close contact with many of his special friends from his hometown Rochester, New York.
Todd is survived by his wife, Melinda; his son Will; his mother Jeanne, his brother Edward Thomas Spicer; and his beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, William Gordon Spicer and brother Tim Alan Spicer.
