Two charged in drug investigation

He was also charged with a third-degree felony for being out of compliance with his duty to register as a sex offender. Wallin faces a first-degree felony for manufacture or delivery
of a controlled substance, a state-jail felony for possession of a controlled substance and a Class-B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana. NCSO deputies raided Ballard’s home in the 800 block of Barker Street in Nacogdoches Thursday
morning. They recovered more than 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine, as well as cocaine and marijuana, found hidden inside the home. Paraphernalia consistent with the sale and distribution of drugs was also recovered, and a firearm was found concealed outside the residence.
