Graveside services for Terry Edwin Brookshire, 64, of Etoile, TX will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Blue Ridge Cemetery with Bro. Glen Morton officiating.
Terry Edwin Brookshire passed away on September 12, 2022, in Lufkin, Texas. He was born on December 20, 1957, in Lufkin, Texas to the late Charles Edwin Brookshire and the late Barbara Ann Brookshire.
Terry resided in Etoile, Texas, and enjoyed the great outdoors of the Piney Woods. He worked for Nacogdoches County for over 20 years, and he was also a private boat motor mechanic. He had a passion for fishing and loved competing in bass tournaments. Terry enjoyed working on rod and reels and making lures. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and everyone knew him as Uncle T. Terry was a Christian and had an unshakable faith in Jesus Christ and was a true inspiration.
Terry is survived by his brother Jamey Brookshire; nieces, Savanna and Larry Tutt, Tiffany and Colton Herman, Brianne Lee, Shelby Brookshire, and Chelsea Brookshire; great nephews, Adam Tutt and Weston Powell; great nieces Emry Wilkes, Rainee Parmer and Parklynn Herman.
Serving as pallbearers will be Raymond Serpas, Mike Mooney, Don Norwood, Colton Herman, Mike Thacker and Larry Tutt.
Serving as an honorary pallbearer is Jim Cox.
