| Piney Woods Entrepreneurship Network 5:30 p.m. Jan. 22 Buffalo Wild Wings Hosted by SFA’s Arnold Center for Entrepreneurship, the Piney Woods Entrepreneurship Network invites community members, small business owners, entrepreneurs and SFA students to come together to connect with, learn from and help each other. |
| Eight Hands Piano Concert 6 p.m. Jan. 22 Wright Music Building, Cole Concert Hall SFA’s School of Music will present an Eight Hands Piano Concert featuring four pianists performing on two grand pianos. Performers will include Dr. Diego Caetano, associate professor at Sam Houston State University; Dr. Minhae Lee, assistant professor at SFA; Dr. Mario Ajero, professor at SFA; and Dr. Jeong-Eun Lee, assistant professor at Louisiana State University. |

| ‘The Outsiders’ screening featuring C. Thomas Howell 7 p.m. Jan. 22 Griffith Fine Arts Building, Turner Auditorium SFA will host a free Q&A session with actor C. Thomas Howell, who portrayed Ponyboy Curtis in “The Outsiders,” followed by a screening of the classic film. The event is open to the public, and no reservations are required. |
