SFA CELLO STUDENTS TO PERFORM AT HISTORIC ZION HILL

NACOGDOCHES, TX – The historic Zion Hill Baptist Church will be filled with the rich sounds of string music as Stephen F. Austin State University’s talented cello students, known as the SFA Cello Squad, perform a special concert on Tuesday,
March 4th, at 7:00 p.m. The evening’s performance will showcase a dynamic cello ensemble, featuring Dr. Evgeni Raychev and guest violinist Dr. Jennifer Dalmas. Audiences can look forward to a diverse program, including works by renowned composers such as Will Sams, Ennio Morricone, P. Tchaikovsky, and J. S. Bach, along with engaging arrangements of popular songs. Designed to captivate listeners of all musical tastes, the concert promises an unforgettable experience in the stunning acoustic setting of Zion Hill. “We are thrilled to have another concert with talented SFA musicians,” said Veronica Amoe, Historic Sites Manager. “The
concert this past holiday season featuring the SFA Choral Choir was a magical experience, and we are excited to continue this partnership.” Tickets for the concert are $5 and can be purchased at the C.
