Nacogdoches Economic Development Corp. (NEDCO) Hosts the 2024 Business Accelerator Program

The Nacogdoches Economic Development Corp. (NEDCO) presents the 2024 Business Accelerator Program, designed to give small business owners the tools, resources and mentorship needed to grow and succeed in today’s competitive market.

Starting Thursday, October 3rd, the program offers access to and coaching tips from experienced business leaders. Tailored workshop covers business planning, identifying challenges to growth, understanding financial statements, operating best practices and learning how to get, keep and grow the customer base.

Larissa Philpot-Brown, NEDCO President & CEO, stated, “We are excited to continue this program as a key resource to assist local entrepreneurs and small businesses seize the opportunity for growth. This initiative reflects our dedication to fostering a vibrant and innovative business community.”

The Business Accelerator program is open to small businesses at various stages of development, primarily those open at least 6 months. There is no cost to attend, though anyone interested is asked to register prior to the first class. Classes will be from 5:30 to 7:00 pm each Thursday, October 3, 10, 17 and 24, in the Community Room of the Commercial Bank of Texas, 215 North Street.
