Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office deputies apprehended Michael McNeely, 22, shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday at a residence in the 3400 block of New Press Road without incident.
He was arrested on two Shelby County felony warrants, as well evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony, from when he fled from NCSO deputies Sunday.
The Nacogdoches County Sheriffs Office would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating McNeely.
