Obituary

Funeral service for Lexi Renee Booth will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 17, 2023, at Laird Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Laird Funeral Home.

Lexi Renee Booth, 2, of Nacogdoches County passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 in Nacogdoches, Texas. Lexi was born in Jackson, Mississippi to Chelsea and Tyler Booth on March 5, 2020. 

Lexi enjoyed spending time with her mama and daddy, going to the park, playing outside, watching “pirit”, stealing her mama and daddy’s drinks, and playing mama to her babies.  Lexi also loved spending the days with her best-friend Kimber.  She loved learning new things, feeding deer and sneaking her food to dogs that were near. 

Lexi is survived by her mom and dad Chelsea and Tyler, of Nacogdoches; grandfather, Tony Smallwood of Nacogdoches and grandmother, Amy Sonnenberg of Polkville, Mississippi. 

Lexi is preceded in death by her grandma, Susan Smallwood.

Funeral services will be held at Laird Funeral Home on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Gene Fuller of Gravel Ridge Baptist church officiating. Lexi’s burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery located at 6005 Hwy 7 West, Nacogdoches, TX 75964. 

Visitation will be held at Laird Funeral Home of Nacogdoches Texas on February 16, 2023 from 5-7 P.M.

Laird Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to Doches Credit Union to the benefit account for Lexi Booth.
