Kimberly Michelle Mock, 47, of Nacogdoches passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 in Nacogdoches. She was born on April 26, 1977 in Center, Texas to Johnny and Delores Burgay.
When you speak of a mother, the words come easily. This is true of Kimberly. She had a deep love for her family and would go to the ends of the earth if they needed it. She never faltered when it came to her 8 children and 5 grandchildren. If they needed her, she was always there. Her home remained open and she never hesitated to make sure everyone was fed and happy. The adoration she showed towards others was something you don’t see much anymore but her family was blessed enough to have the greatest woman to fill their lives with compassion and guidance. When she held her first grandchild and her heart filled with joy as she became “Yaya”, a name she felt very fortunate to have. She also had a soft spot for her dog, Dixie. They were inseparable and Dixie will certainly feel the absence of her favorite person.
Kimberly is survived by father, Johnny Burgay & wife, Sheri; children, Haleigh Dubois, Jeffrey Dubois, Tristan Mock, Trinity Mock & husband, Khaleb Henderson, Stori Mock & Lisa Herrera, Kansas Huffman & husband, Jacob, Crimson Mock & Shane Mock; grandchildren, Khaylin Henderson, Carter Soto, Davina Mock, Khaleb Henderson, Jr. and her husband, Shon Mock.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Delores Vaughan; brother, Jeffrey Burgay and granddaughter Meadow Belyeu.
