Charles Pool Real Estate is proud to announce Keith Millard as the newest member of Nacogdoches’ largest team of licensed brokers.
A native of Nacogdoches, Keith grew up at Millard’s Crossing, graduated from Nacogdoches High School and attended Stephen F. Austin State University. He has more than 50 years of experience in automotive sales and raised beef cattle with his late father, Gerald Millard. His new job will be a family affair as well; his wife, Cindy, is also a REALTOR® at CPRE.
Keith Millard, a Nacogdoches native, joins his wife, Cindy, as a new member of the Charles Pool Real Estate team. Keith graduated from Nacogdoches High School, attended SFA, and Champion school of Real Estate.
“I am excited for the opportunity at CPRE and look forward to helping people with their real estate needs,” he said. “CPRE is very well respected in the community, and I’m honored to be a part of the team.”
Keith’s previous career in the automobile business spanned 50 years in Nacogdoches including 39 years with the Mike Perry family as well as five years with James Tipton, Sr. Keith and his father, Gerald Millard raised cattle until his father’s passing in 1986.
“Keith is a well-known, highly regarded member of the community, and we are proud that he has decided to start a new chapter here with us,” Ed Pool, CPRE president, said. “He and his family have deep roots here, he knows this town, and he has a long track-record of integrity and honesty.”
Keith serves on the Melrose Water Supply board of directors, the Texas Motor Vehicle Advisory Board, and is a member of First United Methodist Church. He and Cindy have two daughters and five grandchildren.
