Charles Pool Real Estate is proud to announce the return of Colton Pool to Nacogdoches’ largest team of licensed brokers.
Colton continues a family tradition, serving alongside his father, Ed Pool, and his sister, Abby Taylor, at the company founded by his grandfather. Colton served as an intern at CPRE before leaving for college and is returning to Nacogdoches after working for several years in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and California.
“I am beyond excited to work closely next to my father and sister in this company,” Colton said. “Nacogdoches is the place I know and love and will someday want to show my kids the same in this town I call home.”
Colton graduated from Nacogdoches High School and earned a degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in Real Estate from Baylor University. Colton worked with corporate construction, equipment, and development companies, including United Rentals, Ahern Rentals, J. Wales Construction, I-10 Equipment, Jones Enterprises and California Sulphur.
Colton is especially interested in helping people acquire land and ranch properties.
“It’s no surprise that I’m excited about having my son join the team,” Ed Pool, CPRE president, said. “He knows this town, he knows this business, and he has a wide range of experience that I think will prove very valuable.”
Colton attends New Hope Church and will continue to give back to the community through professional and mission-focused organizations. Colton also enjoys hunting, fishing, pickleball and working out at 360 Fitness.
