Carol Sue Vidrine was born on December 14, 1954 to parents, Robert Hall and Juanita Hall in Granton, Wisconsin.  Carol left her earthly body on November 20, 2022, in Nacogdoches, TX

Carol met the love of her life, PJ Vidrine, in Louisiana and they married on January 25, 1977.  They settled down in Texas where they had 3 children.  Carol ran an in-home daycare in San Angelo, Texas for 15+ years.  In 2000, Carol and PJ moved to Gilchrist, Texas so they could live their life dream on the beach. Carol was often found at karaoke night singing all night long. Carol had a love for life that was imaginable.  Her children would say she was the most giving and caring person they knew.  Carol lived her life for her children and husband.  Everyone who knew her would say she was vibrant and full of life.  Carol loved to stroll the beach and find seashells and sea glass.  She also thoroughly enjoyed Mardi Gras and collecting beads.  She always sent all the grandkids a big box of Mardi Gras beads every year in the mail.

Carol is survived by her sons, Paul Vidrine & wife, Sandra and Rory Vidrine; daughter, Traci Vidrine; stepson, Michael Vidrine & wife Sabrina; sisters, Dottie Rhodes, Judy Hall, Paula Richardson & Sharon McClain; brothers, Chris Hall, Dale Hall & Harold Hall and grandchildren, Chere Vidrine, Paul Vidrine Jr., Ashlyn Vidrine, Tristan Vidrine, Tyler Vidrine, Rachael Porche, Cadence Porche, Matthew Porche, Jacob Porche, Corey Vidrine and Courtney Vidrine.

Carol is preceded in death by her beloved husband, PJ Vidrine; parents, Robert Hall and Juanita Hall; brothers-in-law Mike Rhodes and Jeff McClain; nephew Chase Hall, and niece, Janet Lockston.

Carol’s dream was to always be on the beach.  Therefore, funeral arrangements will be postponed, awaiting warmer weather in order to have it where she most wanted to be.
