Graveside services for Vicki Ann (Bass) Gibbs, 80, of Nacogdoches will be held at 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Sunset Memorial Park with Bro. Gary Smith officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Laird Funeral Home. Mrs. Gibbs passed away on September 5, 2025, in Nacogdoches. She was born on July 20, 1945, in Nacogdoches to the late Victor and Ouida Bass.
Vicki and Mack co-owned Gibbs Air Conditioning. She later had a career at Stephen F. Austin State University as a Procurement Coordinator. Vicki retired from SFA. She was a member of the North Street Church of Christ. Vicki loved her family with all she had. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her daughters, Melissa Little and husband, Scott, Gina Petrash and fiancé, Greg Peet, and Monika Brown and husband, Jim; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Donnie Bass and wife, Tessie; and sister, Sharon Phillips and husband, Bob.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Gibbs; parents, Victor and Ouida Bass; and brother, Mike Bass.
