Nacogdoches Women’s Center is proud to announce that Rachel Self, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has completed the Professional Certificate Program offered by the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology. As an experienced provider with more than 10 years of clinical practice, Rachel is now equipped with advanced expertise in the field of gynecological and reproductive endocrinology.

This certificate program is geared towards specialists in the field of gynecological endocrinology who aspire to elevate their expertise to an advanced level. With this certification, Rachel can offer a higher standard of care for patients facing gynecologic endocrine disorders, particularly polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a common hormonal disorder that leads to irregular menstrual periods, abnormal ovulation, infertility, excess facial or body hair and/or acne in women.
