Funeral service for Mildred B. Childs, 101, formerly of Nacogdoches, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Laird Funeral Home with Bro. Kendall McDonald officiating. Interment will follow at 4:00 p.m. at County Line Cemetery in Rusk County. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m.
