Memorials services for Charles Dean Felder, 90, of Alto will be Monday at 2 PM at the A. Frank Smith Methodist Church in Alto with John Cogdill and Chris Davis officiating.. Charles Dean passed away Wednesday, March 6 in Jacksonville. He was born December 15, 1933 in Alto, Texas to Earnest Felder and Ina Belle Jones Felder. Charles Dean is survived by wife Joan, sons Ricky and Deanie, grandchildren Katie, Michael, Kelsey and Sarah, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by granddaughter Jorjan.
