The city council will meet Tuesday May 16th at 5:30 p.m. with a very long agenda. At 5:30 p.m. Randy Johnson will be sworn in as Mayor, and Brad Maule and I will be sworn in as Council Members. Immediately after being sworn in we will consider several items, including:
· a disaster declaration for the city
· receipt of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for fiscal year ending September 30, 2022
· zone changes for Richardson Rd.
· fee schedules for pickleball courts
· repairs to city hall’s roof (and possible HVAC replacement)
· an economic development proposal and an expansion of an already existing contract for partial reimbursement of infrastructure costs for residential development
· an overview of the budgeting process and discussion of a related task force
· a discussion of communications
· review and discussion of future council meeting dates.
