It’s in basketball and volleyball alignments that NHS will see changes. The Dragons will be joined in District 10-5A by Hallsville, Jacksonville, Lufkin, Marshall, Mount Pleasant, Texas High, Tyler High (formerly John Tyler) and Whitehouse. The previous two seasons have seen Nacogdoches and Lufkin aligned with schools near Houston for UIL sports other than football.
