NACOGDOCHES, TX — A Cushing man was booked into custody on Saturday, October 5, 2025, in connection with two misdemeanor charges.
Dwayne Edwin Rawlinson, 37, of 226 2nd Street, was arrested by the Nacogdoches Police Department (NPD) at approximately 1:27 p.m. He was formally booked under booking number 25-2437 and remains confined.
Rawlinson faces two Class C misdemeanor charges: Public Intoxication under Texas Penal Code Section 49.02, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia under Section 481.125-A. Both offenses were recorded within seconds of each other at approximately 12:44 p.m. No bond amount has been listed at this time.
